Welcome to Jalpari Boat Service. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

• All bookings are subject to seat availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message or email.

• Customers must provide accurate contact information during booking.
   

2. Reporting Time

• Passengers must report at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure.

• The boat will depart as per the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may miss the cruise, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
   

3. Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Applicable taxes, if any, are included unless stated otherwise.
   

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before departure are eligible for a refund after applicable processing charges.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
   

5. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests are subject to seat availability.

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

• The company reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests.
   

6. Weather & Operational Changes

• Boat operations are subject to weather conditions, river conditions, government regulations, and local authority permissions.

• In case of cancellation due to unsafe conditions or operational reasons, customers may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling to another available date.
     

7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:

• Follow all crew instructions.

• Maintain discipline during the ride.

• Avoid littering the river.

• Not consume alcohol, narcotics, or prohibited substances onboard.

• Avoid carrying dangerous or illegal items.

The company reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.

8. Safety

• Life jackets will be provided where required.

• Passengers are advised to take reasonable care of their personal belongings.

• Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians throughout the trip.
   

9. Liability
Jalpari Boat Service shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Delays caused by weather, river conditions, government restrictions, traffic, or force majeure events.

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or passenger negligence.
   

10. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos captured during the experience may be used for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise before the trip.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is the property of Jalpari Boat Service and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt unauthorised access to the website.

• Interfere with website functionality or security.
   

13. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for booking, communication, and customer support purposes.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
